We at JS Sports Academy help individuals to find their path to success in their respective athletic events, what ever it may be sprinting,middle-long distance,jumping or throwing we have got you covered.
We train them to perfect their game with all our experience and help them produce the results they want.

SPRINTING

Sprinting is a short event but takes a lot of work for producing those kind of timings you see on the results during competitions.We provide sprint specific training for all the sprinting events and the hurdling events with proper technical,resistance and endurance training required to be the best of their abilities.

Long and mid distance events are about the endurance and stamina to hold on to the race and blast off at the end in those last 100m with all that fuel you have left in the tank its about conserving your energy and using it at the right time. We teach you how to deal with the situations and help you get the mindset of the race with the perfect training program.

Throwing is a strength specific event where you have to throw an object as far as you can to win.Throwers come in different shapes and sizes according to their events. we help them to find their ideal event according to their body type and intrests with a special strength and conditioning program.The thing that makes us different is the we don't just make them do the throwing for improvement but we also help them improve their technical ability to throw and make them explosive for getting the best out of their throws.

JUMPING

High Jump
Jumping includes the sand pit events such as long and triple jump along with high jump and pole vault that are done on the mat. Jumpers are very explosive athletes as they throw themselves high or long enough to achieve the desired distance. We teach them the right technique along with a proper strength and conditioning program.
